May I introduce my dog?

Post by Naom » Thu, 05 Dec 2002 00:39:16

Hi all,

I've seen many great pictures of your labs here, and I thought I would
share this one with you since you all seem very nice people who love
labs.  :-)

http://nshima.home.mindspring.com/

It's getting a bit cold here, and Momo (3.5 year female) has been
sleeping like this for the past couple of weeks.  She growls and barks
in her dream.  It's funny to see her do that because she seldom does
that when she's awake.  And once in a while, she dreams about running
outside and kicks me in the middle of the night!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

It's amazing how they go from teddy bear to psychotic lunatic with ears and
lips flapping around everywhere =D

Cute picture :) My dogs too use to sleep in my bed, but only until they
are about a year. Then they start to push _me_ out of the bed, just to
make room for them self. So I have two beds for them beside my own bed,
and there they can sleep if they want to. But usually they sleep in the
livingroom :)

Momo is very beautiful!!! She looks so comfy too. Charlie sleeps on the bed
but he must be hot-***ed because he never sleeps under blankets. He does
prefer to have a pillow, though, LOL.

LOL.  They all love sticks don't they.  I'm guessing you're back East
somewhere.  The scenery is gorgeous.  Where was that taken?

Oh yes, the old "run along with half a tree in your gob" routine

The part I don't like so much, is when mine runs past, taking out our
kneecaps with his lump of tree =D

Madeline,

And we can't forget old tennis balls.  :-)

We are right outside Baltimore, MD.  The pic was taken in a park/water
reservoir that is only 5 minutes from our house.  I take her there
whenever I can so that she can run/swim/play with other 20-30 dogs.  The
park has a name, but all the dog owner refers it to as "the dog park".

wiggywacker,

I know exactly what you mean.  The funny part is... Momo turns around
with a big stick in her mouth just to see if I am following her!  And of
course, she gets to boink my knee again.  I wonder if she's trying to
build her own collection of fire logs...

Hunter is finally able to jump up on the bed.  He's allowed to lounge
there but not sleep, he sleeps beside the bed on his own bed.  But one
thing he loves to do to our pillows is rub his ***all over them...
lovley....

Momo still doesn't know how to jump up on the bed, so I have to lift her
***every night!  But I DO find her ***on my pillow in the morning.  LOL

I find one of mine's head on the pillow every morning and the other likes
his head somewhere around or over mine....we do sleep in a pile!
