Moon's Graden

My very old yellow lab has a quite gnarly mole on his head... he keeps
scratching it raw and its quite a *** thing... vet doesn't want to cut it
off as he doesn't want to anesthetize him due to his age...

Anyone got any home-remedies to shrink or chemically deal with such an
issue?  I really don't want to risk the anesthesia on my old guy...

Poor guy.  The only thing I can think of is to put an elizabethan collar
on him.  But that's no way for him to live all the time.  Maybe if you
put one on for a short time and let the area heal, he would leave it
alone after that.
