Hi,

Anyone use their catalog or web site for purchases? I don't know how I got
on their mailing list, but if I can buy stuff cheaper then the vet wants to
sell them to me, I'm all for it. Just don't know how good they are.

Never used their web site, but have ordered several times from the catalog.
Very nice people to deal with, and generous on refunds if you don't like the
purchase.

I use quite a few Drs. Foster and Smith products, and love them. Mainly
arthritis/joint care. Have never had a problem with ordering or returns. I use
both catalog and website for purchases.

I've ordered thru the catalog for several years and find their quality and
service very good.

We have ordered from them numerous times over the last several years.
We have always been completely satisfied with both their products and
service.

Hi!  I've used both the catalog & ordered online from them & have always
been a satisfied customer!
Their prices are lower than some, but the shipping & handling make up for
the difference, so for most of the things I've ordered anyway it works out
to be about the same as "PetSmart" or "PetCo" prices.   Another good place
is "Petopia" online, and "Petstore.com"--which is sponsored by the Animal
Planet network.

Hi,
I ordered a great dog bed from them and my lab loves it.  Had no problems
with them.

they are definitely not the cheapest source for many of the items they list

I've been using them for about 7 years, with no problems. Lots of nice
people too...

That's my experience as well..  Upco and KVvets generally have
better prices.  I've also found that the online stores are more
expensive UNLESS you strategically take advantage of their
frequent coupons (see www.bargaindog.com for examples)

But I certainly have no complaints with Dr. F&S in terms of
service, and their catalog often has useful articles.
