What kind of milk are you giving her? In general,  cow's milk isn't much
good for anyone but calves. I'm no vet, but I wouldn't think that it's
reccommended for puppies.

About 80% of all dogs cannot tolerate cow's milk.

I have a 9 year old Doxie that has had food allergies since a pup.  She
was diagnosed at about 6 months also.  Her first round of shots was ok.
(rabies, parvo, etc.) Second year she had severe allergic reaction.
She now has a steroid shot a few minutes prior to her annual rabies
plus they give her no lepto shot.  After any shots I still get nervous,
because the allergic reaction was very scary.

>>We're not giving her any milk!!!! I still haven't learned (from last
