Hi !

I dont always notice how much and how fast my saint bernard Nansen is
growing. I just sat and looked at baby pictures, and decided to put a
few of them on the net, to illustrate it. He's the pup of a very tall
and slender mother and a rather small but heavy father...so far it seems
Nansen luckily inherited mainly his mothers features, standing 69 cm
tall at the shoulder and weighing 47 kg exactly, at 7 months of age.

Pictures are taken monthly from  2 to 7 months...

Greeting Dorthe and Nansen in Denmark

P.S. We of course take great care in feeding him a high quality diet and
controlling his daily intake, in order to minimize the chance of
problems regaring his high growth rate.

>     That is a LOT of dog :-). I can't even begin to imagine how much space

he is taking up. And the shedding.........I don't even want to finish that
thought. My GSD shed at the moment and that is bad, you must be in hell.
    But he sure is cute.
My parents in law have a Saint Bernard, Cleo. She is also huge, close to
80 kilos. When you visit you have to pay attention to her and what she is
doing, as she loves to come, placing her ***on your feet and lean back. If
you havn't payed notice and moved a foot you will fall over.
They also have a small terrier (kvik from Matador), the terrier loves to
use Cleo's tail for a bed when it is cold outside. They are a cute couple.

Oooo he's cute.  He's starting to dwarf the bed.

Beautiful dogs - stately and proud looking - some
dogs have a posture; Spot looks like demoralized hound
when she walks, but statuesque when she's sitting - soon...

Hi Lone! (fellow Dane, I pressume? )
He has not started shedding yet, so we still wait for that. Guess it'll be
horrible, he's got a really thick coat. Think we'll take him outside and give
him a good bruch over every day.
