PLEASE HELP ASAP SICK PUPPY NEEDS HELP?

Post by SunFlowersNBlo » Tue, 16 Apr 2002 08:23:06

I need to know Please where in the Sacramento area can we take our sick puppy
to get medical help without cash down.
We took our pup to the VET and paid the fee of visit but because we didn't have
the 300.00+ to pay that day we had to take our pup home and medicate with
antibiotics we already had. HE will die if he isn't seen and cared for by the
vet. I need Help please. anyone who knows of somewhere we can take him to get
better we can pay payments but we cant pay the whole amount now. It seems like
vets are more interested in money than making our pets better... PLEASE SOMEONE
HELP???????
email me ASAP please!

Get on the phone; start with "A" and begin ringing up all the vets in your
area.
If you haven't established yourself with a vet before now you can understand
why someone is reluctant to help you on a monthly-payment plan. Perhaps a vet
will be willing to take X amount a month out of your credit card.
I understand your frustration but part of being a pet owner is being able to
provide 'reasonable care' for your pet. This would include the expenses that
every pet presents to the owner. Yours (being a puppy) just cost you money
early.

Good luck. I hope all goes well.

I hope all goes well too.  You can always drive to Missouri and see my vet -
I live in Colorado now.  But he is great and works with people financially.
4311 Main Street.  Kansas City, MO  64111
816-931-5989.  Small Animal Hospital.  Dr. Robert Cannon, DVM.  He could
maybe refer you to someone in your area also.
