by I have a black lab and a yellow lab mix that both have food allergies. The
food that worked best for them is Nutro Lamb and Rice formula dog food. I
only give them dry. I try to limit their treats and if I do give them dog
cookies I try to give them only ones that are made with lamb and rice. No
table food and no scraps, period. I tried other Lamb and Rice brands but
Nutro (in a green bag) was the brand I had success with. They both have
beautiful coats, their skin is not dry, they have little odor, and they do
not chew themselves, or itch. Nutro can be bought at Pet Supermarket or
most pet shops. Good Luck.
