I responded privately to the original poster, but it seems that others are
having the same problems --

First, yet another confirmation that ARBA is terrible at returning phone
calls, and letters don't get you much further.  Here's the key -- ARBA
offers individual *memberships*.  In order to ensure that you *remain* on
their mailing list for all shows, you MUST be a member.  ARBA, according
to what they told me, does NOT maintain a "mailing list" for show premiums
per se.  They will mail out premiums for the *one* show, the *one time*
you ask for it (if you're lucky), but it doesn't mean you will get a
premium for additional shows and/or for the same show the following year
-- even if you enter a dog(s).  Memberships are, I believe, $20 for
individuals, with all memberships coming due in the month of May.  If you
have a current *membership* you are on their "mailing list" for all shows.

I would try mailing them a request for membership information with your
address, telephone number and fax number if you have one.
