Use the concentrated capsules-- the 'store' brands of juice contain sugar,
and are BAD for UTI's.

The vet  told to give my dog cranberry juice, in addition to antibiotics, when
she had a urinary tract infection.  She hated the taste, and we had to resort
to soaking bread in the juice to get her to eat it.

Yes but only if it is pure cranberry juice and not juice with sugar added or
a combination of other juices. Best of just getting cranberry capsules and
adding them to the food.

Better to get something like Cranactin capsules.  I don't think there is
such a thing as natural cranberry juice without some kind of sweetener.

The only purpose for giving a dog cranberry juice is to cleanse the bodies
kidneys. cranberry juice is one of the most powerful kidney cleansers and
everyone should give their dog a shot now and then, and yourself while your
at it.
