yes but he seem's to chew himself a lot in that part.He's mostley white the
*** come's from the inside out thats how the colour. I dont know y he's
doing it, He get's bathed a lot. Im not sure how the photos turned out for

Could it be ringworm or an allergy  I would try bathing him in an
oatmeal based shampoo and rinsing him in a weak solution of cider
vinegar to see if that helps. If no take him to the vet

I have Maltese and one of them was forever scratching and I tried this
and it seems to have worked.
