It's been three days now, and he is finally starting to act like
himself again. Poor guy, he's been hurting (as expected)
and just tucking himself away in the bedroom on his bed to
sleep it off.
He's growled a couple of times when Coda gets too close to
him, so I've been letting him have his space (hard!) and keeping

get along so well. I've been worrying myself over it, and just
keeping a close eye on him. He's been eating okay and making
his bathroom trips okay. He's worn the e-cone while I've been
at work. John beat me home yesterday, and took them out
to go potty. He left the cone on. Bodhi refused to pee with the e-cone

out in the bedroom, and Coda was driving me nuts. I decided I'd take
him on a walk down to the mailbox and play a bit. Well, Bodhi
must've heard me say, "Let's Go!" and bolted out the dog-door
like lightning! He even beat Coda & I out! First thing he does is
try to hump Coda, then try to give him a good play face-fight.
I leashed them both & off we went.
He's taking a nap now, obviously tired from the burst of energy. But,
it's reassuring to see glimpses of him getting back to his ol' annoying
