Check my sig file. I'm from Texas. I wouldn't use an obviously
defective dictionary like the OED if it constantly offers an "s"
where a "z" should be.

As far as I know we pronounce it Zed, but I have no idea as far as using it
for an s substitute.

Well.. of interest is those tracts and letters etc from England many
many years ago..where the "F" was used instead of the S.
