by Have-A-Heart traps work very well in combination with a 12 inch iron
skillet. After cleaning and dressing the rabbit, wash it in cool water
and dip the parts in a dish containing several beaten eggs. Place the
dipped parts in a medium size kraft paper bag along with a mixture of
flour, salt and black pepper. Shake well and place in the skillet, into
which has been measured about one cup of clean new peanut oil. Fry at
about medium heat until golden brown. Serve with some of the vegetables
from the garden. Better than the best chicken. MMMM good!
