4TH ANNUAL ORCHID SHOW DINNER - ORCHIDS GONE WILD!
4th Annual Orchid Show Dinner
Orchids Gone Wild!
March 17, 2007
6:00 9:00 p.m.
Earl Warren Showgrounds

DIRECTOR OF THE ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS, KEW TO PRESENT
Director of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew to present
Vernon I. Cheadle Lecture
March 20
Faulkner Gallery
7:00 p.m.

As a world leader in plant science, nobody does it better than the
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.  Therefore, we thought it very fitting
that Stephen Hopper, the 14th Director of the Royal Botanic Gardens,
Kew, present this year's Vernon I. Cheadle lecture.  Professor Hopper,
with his knowledge and breadth of experience, will bring perspective
to the global necessity for a wider public understanding of the
importance of biological diversity and the critical role that
conservation plays in our future.

Is nobody else going?   The dinner sounds fun but I would rather spend the
$$$ on orchids!

same here.  I've scheduled time to go, but I just know something will come
up so I have to stay.  Its a great show though Wendy.  Probably the best on
the west coast...welllll its a toss up with the POE, but really the variety
of orchids will blow your mind.  Just go for the show and sale tent, forget
the dinner.
