What did you do to make it grow big ?
Mine have same size since 2 years.

Does it give you babies ? Mine just gave me 8 !
Make sure it has bright light but not direct midday sun.

Best time to repot is spring.

My Aloe got huge after being in the same pot for about three years.  This
last year it received the same amount of sunlight, but was watered every
day in the summer.  It seems to thrive because the soil is 50% sand, and
the bottom is a layer in crocks.

Is yours outside ?
Mine is inside so I can't water everyday.
I just changed the pot and it is probably too big for the plant.
It is not big but is giving me lots of offsets. About 20 !!

Is yours standing up ?
Mine is leaning on the side. Too heavy.

Hiya Cactus.  It's outside, and it's not leaning, because the pot is about a
foot deep, and about a foot in diameter.  Yours is leaning either because it
wants more sun, or because the roots are too shallow (thus you need to repot).

Mine actually fell over, it is propped on its side by a ledge now.
Same pot, inside.
I water it when it gets very dry.

You can take the roots apart, carefully, and
make several plants out of the one.

Aloe is so tough, it can take all kinds of abuse.

(Best Carl Sagan impression)  "Billions and billions of aloe vera plants."
:)

I had one that I managed to kill, not sure how - it did help me with burns
and cuts when I had it.  Very soothing.

Just repotted it. Added more soil & a few stakes. It could use a taller pot and a better draining soil. Ah well, next time.
