Rui,

Welcome to rec.gardens!  According to your email extension it appears
you are in Portugal.  Generally it is very difficult to exchange plants
through the mail in different countries due to mail restrictions so if
you want to exchange plants I suggest you try local gardening groups or
call upon any Portugese gardeners which may be lurking in this news
group.

If you are interested in seeds it's quite a bit easier and you may be
able to get just about anything you want through the different seed
swaps.  There are often threads about these so you can search
www.dejanews.com for articles or one of the search engines like
www.yahoo.com for "seed exchange" or "seed swap".  I haven't
participated myself, but it's a good idea and I know there are some
experts on seed swapping in this newsgroup.  I would offer some of my
own seeds, but I don't know what kind of climate Portugal has.  What
kind of temperatures, soil, and weather do you have?  Are there
particular plants you are looking for?
