Fruit and Veggies

Ok now that Piggy is doing much better I need to keep his appetite up.  He
loves his fruit and veggies a lot but now that he is kind of back on his
pellets I really don't know how much fruit and veggies to feed him.
I copied a list of acceptable fruits and veggies from rabbit.org and took it
to the grocery store and bought some veggies I have never bought before.
The bun eats better then I do these days.  He is an albino rex who weighs
about 4 pounds.  Thanks for any suggestions.

JP, a small slice of fruit (apple, peach, nectarine, etc.) that Piggy is
used to is plenty.  I would feed him the same amount of veggies that he ate
before.  I am so glad that Piggy is doing better.  Many times when they are
ill, they pick and choose their foods.  To me it seems like they know what
will help them.

There is another excellent food site, www.carrotcafe.com .  I used that site
more than I did the HRS site when putting together a tasty diet.  One of the
members here is the author of the site.  She did a great job, IMO.
