Goodbye, Buns, and Dumbo, and Snowball the honorary bunny.  Know that
you were loved by more people than every met you. Godspeed to you and
may you play together with joy in the green fields of heaven.

Yes, I am also writing with tears in my eyes. I feel like there's not much I
can say. Those were three brave bunnies. Very loved bunnies and it's so sad
to see them crossing the bridge. My best vibes to their mommies and daddies.
Those little angels will be missed.
I feel so much for all of them, especially Rhonda, a long time apr'er who
always helped me out when I need.
Not to say the less to the other parents, who must be have a big hole in
their hearts right now...
Hope you find comfort and know you can count on your fellow bunny lovers.
Rest assure our three angels are healed and prancing around the bridge
fields right now.

It's been hard to read all of these posts.  I've been crying too.  We've become
so close to each other and our rabbits, that we grieve, too.  Blessings to you
all.

Nona,
my thoughts too.  How sad the group is today.  I have been away for two days
posting on the guinea pig group as I too have lost my darling Lilly.
Although sad, it is really comforting to know that there is so much love and
support out there.

Love and best wishes to all, especially those who have lost a little '***
friend'

I got to wondering last night how many bunny folks on apr are also teddy bear
folks... That's what I did last night -- I crawled into bed with Bear.  No way
could I post here, and when I need to cling, and to cry, then Bear is usually
more available than the Two T's.

My family, who cannot understand my affection for rabbits OR bears, and who
cannot fathom the connections I feel to my friends on apr, would never
understand my grief.  I marvel at this group, and how much we care about each
other, even when most of us have never met the others in person.

To Rhonda, Ronie, and BJ, I know your losses are huge, and I hope that the love
we all send you helps to ease the pain.  All of you did as much as possibly
could be done for your furbabies, and you can rest easy knowing that.

Love!
Michele, Tibs & Tika

ps I'd like to add that Buns, Dumbo, and Snowball are in good company.  Yehudi
Menuhin, one of the 20th century's greatest musicians, died yesterday, too.

Yes.  I heard about Yehudi Menuhin.  I had to check the calendar to see if it was a
full moon, or something.  (Too many passing so close together.)

I, believe it or not, have a big stuffed rabbit in my bed, I've had for about 25
years, which I call, er, Mr. Bunny.  (How original <g>.)  And, yes, I go to bed and
cling to him sometimes, then my big teddy comes to bed (a/k/a Bill W.).

I have taken such comfort in all the wonderful messages from all my ether friends.
(Is that the right term?)

Regards,

BJ

Oh, Michele,

I, too, found my bear (my Jim was at a gig) and curled up and cried and
cried.  We have all become such good friends -- the caring and support is
overwhelming.  This is a family, and this family has lost some beautiful
members.  We will miss them so and love their human families with all our
might!

Love,
Robby

My rabbit just died an hour ago i'm so sad. it was too late to get him to
the vet. hospital that is open 24/24 ina  city nearby. I think he died of an
heart attack;/ My father saw him fall in his cage and i couldnt beleive it.
It was all so fast. His feet were moving a little before he stoped
breathing. I stood in front of him for 30mins trying to see if his
moustaches (long hairs around the head) or fur would move again. I stoped
touching him when he wasn't warm anymore. He was almost 4 years old.

you can see pictures of my late rabbit by following these links ;

http://members.tripod.com/~jues/lapin-blanc.jpg (that was a temporairy cage
for when he came back from the vet; castration)

:~~(

i cant tell you his name because it is my password for many things as many
of you probably.

I can relate to alot of the sad stories you guys post.

Oh, really tough for you and all us here. I am sure he will be all right,
together with Buns, Snowball and Dumbo and so many other babies...
I'd have a necropsy done, so you'd know what he died from...
Lots of comforting vibes.
