Are you sure they died and didn't go dormant? Arrowhead goes dormant early
in the fall, and it looks like you have at least one those. ~ jan

No. That picture was like 2-3 days after we got everything setup and put our
plants in. Nope, a lot the plants just got too much sun, especially the
arrowheads. This was in mid-summer. The cattails did great.
