prunning tools?????

Post by Pam Greg » Fri, 07 Jul 2000 04:00:00

Can somebody tell me is there a site that has a home made pruning tool?
I don't like getting in the pond every day to cut off the died lilie
buds and leaves.  I have so many tadpoles you can walk without stepping
on ten of the little guys!!! And I don't want to do that!!!!! I know I
can buy one but I don't have that kind of money.    Thank you for any
help you can give me!!!!!

     Pam,  :)

Pam
I Use my fishing pole I make a loop at the end of the pole by feeding the
line back down the eyelets Place the loop over the pad and close the loop on
the stem then follow the stem down to the base and give a quick jerk on the
line and snip the line cuts the stem.

If you want a fancy one follow the link below

an old fishing pole w/ 20+ lb test line looped at the end works well.
