by Help. I haven't added any fish in months; and my water quality
(chemistry) is perfect. But I noticed that one (only) of my Koi is
missing the lower half of its tail fin. It looks like it has "disolved"
away. The "stub" is a little "gooey" looking.
What is it?
How do I treat it?
