Dan's new page finished!

Post by Dan D » Sat, 06 Jan 2001 21:37:50

Greetings!!
Dan's Summer 2000 page is (more or less) finished!!!

THANK YOU ALL for the comments!!  I really appreciate you taking
the time to write.
I would have hated to post all those pictures only to learn
later on that they looked like ***on other monitors!

I loaded the rest of the pictures late yesterday afternoon
Jan 4.  There are still a few minor things but it's pretty
much fini.  (I'll run spell check today and re-read it
for the ump***th time and tweak it a dab but not much.)

If you are REALLY bored please visit again and help me name
that swing!
NOTE: If you re-visit today and it still says it's not
finished, hold your shift key and click the refresh/reload
button on your browser.

To Terry in Texas, When Rita is mad at me I'm not allowed
in the swing!!

So sorry about the cross posted preview thread yesterday ;-(
I did not mean to cross post rec.ponds to rec.gardens!
I can't fuss about deja too loudly, it'm my only means of
reading the NGs during the day...

Peace!

Hi Dan,
Your yard looks fantastic! I love going home (across the river from you).
and seeing all the green and the trees and flowers, then my allergies start
acting up, and I come back to my beautiful desert.
Out here in the southwest that would be a Ramada, with a swing under it
instead of a table and bench.  We need cover from the sun so lots of the
parks have them. Yours looks beautiful but I bet it cost almost as much as
the one you saw.  I had a friend once tell me she saw a project and said "I
can make that", and she did, but it cost her more than the finished one did
to get all the parts and then she had to put it together herself!
