He actually belongs to my boyfriend's son..16th birthday present. :)
It's weird, he was already tame when we got him, and while the lady
was getting everything ready, he crawled up and sat on her shoulder
the whole time.

I thought he'd feel rough, mainly because his skin looks like it'd be
rough and bumpy, but he's really smooth feeling..sort of like soft
***.

The vet was surprised that he didn't bite either, most geckos he's
looked at will bite him..this guy even allowed him to look in his
mouth with minimal fuss.

He climbs all over the habitat, and will take mealworms or crickets(if
you can hold onto them!) out of your hand. He's overall pretty
friendly and playful.
The cats don't know what to think, but then again(as with the birds),
they aren't allowed near him.

Nice fat tail too.

I'll be sure to give Nick(boyfriend's son) your URL.
He's really trying to learn everything he can..when he was 10 he had
iguana, but after reading up a lot he's finally realized that it died
because it wasn't being cared for properly...bad diet, too small
cage(20 gallon! eep!), etc...so he wants to make sure he cares for
this new one properly. :)

I imagine the "Beware of Snakes and Tarantulas" sign is pretty much all the
security you need at your house.
