Maybe she's sleeping under the exercise wheel, and it's rubbing her fur off.
Seriously, it could be anything. If your mouse is black, it could be genetic.
Are all the other mice healthy? How old is the mouse? Does her remaining fur
look smooth and healthy, or is it becoming ragged and hoary, thus indicating
age and decline? Do you hear or see any fighting? Is there any ***
anywhere? Look at everyone's ears and tails -- if you see cuts or marks, it's
fighting.
Unless you have a big cage, four mice is a tad bit crowded. You might want to
just keep them separated, whether it's disease or fighting, just to be sure.
