I can.

you build-and-build-and-pay tonnes of money and your hammy gets stuck
or escapes from a loose tube.
they are just marketably toy's that were designed to make you dream
and make a couple of people very rich.

I have found a way to get a cage, weal, 5lbs of food, and a months
worth ao litter for about $20.

first buy an 10gal aquraum ( for the best price ask for a second hand
or leeker ) then buy a metle spoked weel that runs well( tear strips
of newspaper and lace is through the spokes ) and buy the rest of the
stuff form a cheep Wal-mart or Pets-mart store.

I've found that with the habitrail cages, since they are made of plastic, my
hamster always eventually chewed through it.  I switched to the metal wire
cages and also have used aquariums in the past with no problems of escape.
