Newsgroup how it was

I would just like to say can't we please get the newsgroup back to an even
keel.

I appreciate everyone is entitled to their own opinion in whatever is
discussed but sometimes I just do not enjoy reading the messages and because
of this have not done so for quite a few months until just recently and I
have been a little fed up too!

I know that I don't have to read the messages and have that choice but
sometimes I like to know what other people are doing are asking for the good
of their guinea pigs and at times ask for advice myself to help with a
problem I have with my guinea pigs. Yes a good argument is healthy every so
often but not most of the time it does put some people off.

When I joined the newsgroup earlier this year it was great. I know time
marches on but the group has changed so much I hardly recognise it and feel
that politics are creeping in.

I know I have put a post about helping to save the Newchurch guinea pigs but
that is what this group is about. Helping guinea pigs have a happier and
healthier life, and environment to live in no matter what they  are like.
(My opinion only) I love guinea pigs no matter what they are like as they
are living creatures and need to feel safe and as comfortable as possible.

I will get off my soap box now, flame me if you must but if you all love
guinea pigs as most of you do then lets get some positive strokes going on
this group and help guinea pigs have a much better life!!!!!

Tina

I don't know.  All I remember is that she sounded like a Brit.  She
sang ok (except for those high notes,) her umbrella was very annoying,
she took great care of those kids, and I don't think she inhaled....
