Yesterday was their designated birthdays. They both came with wrong birth
certificates from Marshalls Farm, so I had to guess at their real birthdays.
I just made it on the same day....Dec.17th.  Jackie turned 4 and Mia turned
3.

They had plenty of time out, lots of warm gravy meal, plus a shampoo.

Mia was a bad girl yesterday.  She got into that lower cabinet (where I keep
grocery bags, etc) and found an old box of charcoal for the fish filters.  I
walked into the kitchen later and found charcoal bits all over the kitchen
floor.  And if that wasn't bad enough, she also spread them over the entire
living room floor too.   arrrghhhh and sigh!  heheheh

I found her and picked her up.  I held her right up to my face and said,
"Bad girl," then kissed her.  She kissed me back (by***ing). Neither has
ever been disciplined by me though....they just do what ferrets do.  heheh

hahaha   Yes, they will!  ;-D

I realized since that it was probably a "joint effort."  I know Mia got the
box out of the cabinet....I've seen her do it a few times. And she likes to
take things out of boxes.  The other day, I ate a frozen dinner then put the
empty tray back in the box and set it beside the trash can.  I watched her
discover the box and pull the tray out of the box. She loves a challenge and
is also easily amused.

So anyway, here's the way I think it went... Mia pulled out the charcoal
from the cabinet then pulled the plastic bag out of the box. Noticing lots
of crunchy bits of charcoal in the bag, she probably dug at it until it
ripped open, then her digging action flung them all over the kitchen floor.
Now enter Jackie.  She has always liked to stash plastic bags of anything
behind the living room sofa. I'm sure she grabbed the half full bag of
charcoal, probably from the unopened end, then ran across the living room to
stash it...leaving a trail of charcoal bits all the way.

Now enter me.  "ARRGHHH!  WTH?"    sigh  ;-D
