 Rather stupid officer, wouldn't you say ? In other words, if there are
more than 20 people in that park at one time, they'd better keep their
distance or be ticketed for congregating !

This party should of been filmed and shown on the evening news! or been
in the newspaper;a nice get together like that. perhaps they would of
liked it better if the people had been high on dope!! everything
