I have a 1 in + cobalt blue s-ling.  I was wanting to know what would be
thebest food for it at this time.  Also how would be the best way to set
up it's tank.  Right now he/she is located in a quart mason jar with
about an inch 1/2 of potting soil, with a small sponge of water.

crickets and other insects that are smaller than the spider is will work fine.

I would feed it 1/8" crickets. The mason jar sounds fine to me. Just
punch a few holes in the lid and give it a substrate that is 50% peat
moss/50% vermiculite. And I would make it 2-4 inches deep and kept
slightly moist.

Be excellent to each other!
