My two budgies fall into what I consider to be a very high risk of the
Newcastle disease task force. There's been two incidents (that we've
been told about) of the force having to kill birds at two different
locations in our valley. The first was a feed store that had been in
business for decades and the second was Hart Park in Newhall, CA. They
destroyed their farm birds and chickens that children have been visiting
for years. So sad.
