in order....
1. ALL birds bite, not just greys.
2. If the bird has been properly socialized and you don't spend any more time
with it from the begining than you plan on giving it the rest of its life it
will learn to entertain itself and wont' scream (mine don't)
3. Mine are fine when strangers come over, they just won't talk for them.
4. TRUE!

Somewhat true. Any bird can bite if you bother it enough, but some types
are more likely to bite than others.

Not necessarily - mine screams because my conure screams and he wants
to join in on the fun :-)
