I'd recommend random testing, rather than having everyone tested. Pick one or
two birds at random, and get the complete workup on them. Since you undoubtedly
feed everyone the same, sanitize etc., it's a fair bet that if the tests came
up with anything, you could treat everyone.
That's what I do, since I'd have to multiple the $90 per bird times 100 if I
did what you're being told to do.
