by Karen: Loved the story on Rumba. So glad to meet the both of
you! We have a White-Capped Pionus (Godfrey O'Byrd) 6 yrs old;
and a 5 yr old Congo African Grey (MacGyver D. Bird). Need we
say this house is always looked forward to returning to after
work. They both compliment cleaning & feeding. MacGyver says
"looks fine" after I clean his area each day (at least 10 times)
& Godfrey, tho no spoken words, always kisses or cheers your
work. We are sent off with "Goodbye, you be good" each morning
and return to whistles & cheers & "Hi Buddy (Jerry), Hi Cutie
(me) from MacGyver each day, sometimes each entry into the house
from outdoors. We live in Cleveland, & our football team The Browns have their "dawg pound (fans)", well we have the "birdie pound" with barks,
yells, applause & whistles for each touchdown......sometimes for
the other
