iguanas -- can you feed them too much?

Is it possible to feed an iguana too much?  Egg is about 1 year old.
At the moment she gets all the food she can eat.  She gets such a huge
pile that there is usually some left afterward, so she does have a
self-imposed limit of some kind.  I am feeding her green leaf lettuce,
turnip greens, mustard greens and lately, squash.  These are shredded into
smallish pieces and dusted with a reptile mineral supplement (Tetra
Terrafauna's Vitalife).  She also gets a small chunk of low-fat beef
dog-food.  Should I worry about the enormous pile of food she is getting
(she is growing well and actually looks rather rotund) or just let her go
for it?  I know that iguanas undergo an incredible size and weight
increase in their first 3 years so I am inclined to not change the status
quo.  Anyone more experienced out there have an opinion on this?
