I got lucky and found a mouse breeder who was changing his cage types, and
got some lab cages for mice. I would say that there is an added benefit to
breeding mice in these besides the ease of cleaning, feeding, etc. That is
the smell! The cages are shallow, and have plenty of air circulation, more
than aquariums, so the smell from the mice is much better. My ba***t no
longer has anywhere near as much of a mousy smell to it anymore.
Just some extra input for those of you thinking of making the jump.
