We're working on our updated DIRECTORY: A GUIDE TO NORTH AMERICAN
HERPETOLOGY. For those of you who haven't seen the last 2 versions, the
1994-1995 book was 320-pages, and earned the nickname the "herper's bible"
and the "herper's yellow pages." The 1996-1997 update is due out this
spring, and as an added bonus ALL SUBSCRIBERS to Reptile & Amphibian
Magazine will automatically receive a free copy. We've got at least 350
pages planned, and will list vets, pet shops, manufacturers, services, all
50 states & their herp rules/regs, the complete CITES/federal T&E lists,
and lots more...including PRIVATE BREEDERS.

Listings are FREE to anyone involved in herpetology/herpetoculture.
So if you breed herps, e-mail me the following:

Name
Business name (if you have one)
Address
Phone/fax
e-mail
what groups you breed: snakes, lizards, turtles, amphibians, crocs, general

We can also add extra words to your listing (like a permanent classified
ad) for 60c/word, or can place your business card adlet under your entry
(send card & $50 ... we design & typeset the ad for free).

If you have never seen this, it is an excellent reference guide.  I have
used mine to find 3 burms I purchased last month, a supplier to buy
supplies from, and a contact at the Atl zoo to get info from.

If you are a serious herper like I am, this is a must have!

Hi Erica!
