anole eye problem

One of my *** (male) anoles has developed sme sort of malady around his eyes.
They look very swollen, and appear to have a crust or scab over the eye itself.
Almost like unshed skin. I've read that this is a vitamin A deficiency, but
have not found a suitable treatment. They (four) are housed in a 30 gal, with
waterfall, live and fake plants, 40%-70% humidity, 72-82 degrees, and a full
spectrum zoo-med light. As well as a basking lamp and nocturnal viewing lamp.
What am I missing? All food (mostly crickets) are gut loaded, and alternately
dusted. I thought I had it covered and I hate to think I may be responsible.
Any thoughts? The other 3 are fine.

It sounds as though it could be some kind of eye infection.  I'd take him
to a herp vet for diagnosis and treatment.
